Salary - GBP35,014
Position is for an Training Company based in Watford.
The company currently deliver a range of engineering subjects and are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join their team. If you are an experienced welding engineering assessor and are looking at getting into education this position provides you with a great opportunity.
A fantastic opportunity for an tutor/assessor to join a training company that is growing in stature and numbers. The training company is the number one provider of 16-18 year old apprenticeships in the area and is recognised and approved by awarding bodies such as City and Guilds, Excellence, Achievement and Learning Ltd (EAL) and Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations (OCR).
The company adopts a positive 'can do' approach when responding to the needs of the clients. One of the key attributes the company possess is responsiveness and the quick decision making process that goes with it. They aim to grow as an organisation in ways that ensure they remain independent with a secure future.
This position gives the opportunity to manage your own caseload and ensure the NVQ standards are met. A history of work in education would be desirable but not essential. To be considered for the position you must be willing to obtain both a teaching award and assessing award.
