Our client is looking for an Office Manager to provide comprehensive administration support to facilitate the delivery of their Cymru work programme and provide an effective working environment at their Wales Headquarters.

Location: Cardiff
Salary: £17,276 to £18,716 per annum pro rata
Hours: Part time, 15 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
The Office Manager role is split between 2 post-holders. Each Office Manager is responsible for different areas of the work programme, with equal accountability and responsibility for providing an effective and efficient working environment which supports a range of functions and teams. Duties for this post-holder will include budget management and reporting; supports the Senior Rural Surveyor (south Wales), supports the production of key documents and reports, logistical support for staff conferences and events, maintaining all elements of compliance and overseeing the management of the office and contracts. The successful candidate would be required to work 15 hours across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so that Office Manager cover is provided across the week.
About you
You will use your excellent planning, communication and organisational skills to provide comprehensive administrative support and work with the other Office Manager effectively in delivering the above outcomes.
As an 'all rounder' with a solutions driven approach you will be comfortable juggling a variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy, flexibility, confidentiality and discretion. You will have excellent budget management, written and verbal communication skills and be able to maintain relationships with individuals at all levels. You will be an effective forward-planner who thinks of the details with the ability to anticipate and respond quickly to change. You enjoy managing office systems and organising the day-to-day activities of the office.
