In anticipation of our clients growth, they are recruiting for Health Care Assistants to join their team and welcome applications from experienced and non-experienced carers.
Pay Breakdown:
£8.56 per hour (less than 2 years’ experience)
£9.41 per hour for experienced carers (2 years’ or more experience)
PLUS £1.50 per hour weekend enhancement; night enhancement 75p per hour
Additional enhancements based on certification in Health & Social Care (NVQ or Diploma Level):
Level 2 additional 56p per hour OR Level 3 additional 82p per hour

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be involved in all aspects of their residents' personal care, maintaining the highest possible care standards and encouraging residents to participate in recreational activities to enjoy a dignified and fulfilling life.
From day one, they will provide you with an induction plan, supported by a dedicated ‘Induction Partner’ – someone to look after you in your first few days and weeks – plus we’ll give you all the training you need relevant to the job role.
Looking ahead you can expect to develop your career in care through personal development, Health & Social Care qualifications and internal promotion opportunities.
Contracts are offered as 24, 36, 42 or 48 hours per week (usually 6- or 12-hour shifts). Vacancies currently exist on days or nights and the rota will include alternate weekends with further earning opportunities through overtime.
