Harrison Sands have a great Chester based opportunity open for an experienced Care Manager or Healthcare Recruitment Team Leader to join one of the UK's leading suppliers of healthcare and nursing staff. Having supplied within both the NHS on framework and private sectors, this company are a well established brand with a strong database of carers and nurses working for them, and offer their staff structured training and development within the business.
The role of Care Coordination Team Leader will focus on overseeing all staff activity within our client's Complex Care function. You will have client management responsibility and be working to ensure that the team are achieving their commercial targets- both activity and financially.
Core duties include:
-Deputising to the team's senior manager, being a pivotal part of managing the branch, and ensuring that commercial targets are achieved.
-Managing a team of Care Coordinators, booking staff onto shifts and liasing with staff from other organisations including Case Manager, Solicitors and other professionals.
- Taking a key part in care discussions and plans, MDT meetings regarding specific end users.
-Ensuring that the team are working effectively managing the current client and case load and adhering to SLAs in a timely manner.
-Acting as an advisory point to consultants within the team.
Experience Required:
-All applicants must have exposure to managing or supervising staff within a temporary recruitment or care coordination function.
- You will have demonstrable experience of working to and achieving sales targets and must be able to complete commercial activity reports when required by senior management.
-Client management experience, with the ability to lead client service and supply meetings and delegate responsibility.
-Valid UK driver's licence with the ability to drive to client meetings in region.
-Ideally you will have experience of working within complex care, healthcare or nursing recruitment or a commercial healthcare role. Qualification as a Registered Manager or currently working towards your NVQ Level 5 is desired but non-essential.
