This isn't just a role. It's a future.
This is a great opportunity to get into a local, yet international business, and to become integrated and develop into your career. The salary is great, along with the benefits.
You probably have a degree in a science, engineering or you are from an agricultural discipline. You will have a logical mind and enjoy analysis and have good organisational ability. Strong IT skills are essential. You have excellent relationship building skills, you're inquisitive, a self-starter and not afraid to plan and manage your own workload.
The site is a large production/manufacturing facility for grain processing. Your role will be to support the Production Management team with an emphasis on maintaining all production processes and records. You will carry out specific projects to improve production quality or consistency or reduce production costs. You will work with the Production Manager to maintain product safety, product quality and Health, Safety and Environmental systems. It's a great grounding in many areas of business, and a chance to learn and develop whilst making a significant contribution to the team.
You know you have potential. You just need a chance to learn and to get on.
Responsibility doesn't faze you, and your can-do attitude will make you invaluable to the team. You will need to have passed your driving test too, as the role involves being on call on occasions.
We would like a quick start in the role. Please email your CV to Karen Loring asap. Feel welcome to call her for an informal chat
