??Part time permanent role
??The role will include the identification and execution of cost savings initiatives, developing market intelligence, tendering, negotiation, contracting, establishing supplier relationships and supplier performance management.
??The role involves conducting necessary RFQ and RFP in support of business requirements, reviewing of purchase orders escalated to regional level and troubleshooting purchase orders discrepancies.
??Implementing new cost reduction initiatives through competitive bids, direct negotiations, process changes, spend analytics and supplier rationalization synergies.
The ideal candidate will have:
??1+ years' experience within Indirect Procurement
??Proactive, self-driven personality
??Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
??Excellent organizational and administrative skills
??Ability to multitask, be precise, pay attention to detail
??Ability to identify and solve contractual, process and operational business challenges.
??Ability to build interdependent partnerships
??Project management skills would be a bonus
