Reporting to the Head of Production, you will act as a key member of the operational management team, taking responsibility for a key production area.

Your main skills will be leadership, people management and an inquisitive ability to problem solve. Your main priorities will revolve around all aspects of the production processes. 

Key priorities will be to ensure that customer orders are produced and fulfilled on time and in full - effectively managing people, resources, managing workload, and driving operational excellence. 

Additionally, you will implement new processes and streamline procedures to increase productivity, improve planning, quality control and performance – all with the objective of facilitating growth. 

To be considered, you will need a successful track record of leading various production teams and projects. Experience in similar environments that manufacture aluminium structures, in-house powder coating facilities will be an advantage. You will need to be results-oriented and hands-on, with a “can do” attitude. 

As a Production Manager, you will put the customer at the forefront of everything you do. You will also need the right blend of leadership, communication, project management and man management skills to get the best from your team and deliver business objectives.
