Our client is one of the largest and most successful housing groups in the Midlands providing around 30,000 homes.
Two full time opportunities have become available for an Income Advisor,, one permanent and one for a fixed term contract of 18 months. This role is part of the groups Income Team.
They are looking for an Income Advisor to support the provision of a high-quality income management service.
Demonstrating a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills, you will have to ability to work within the Central Income team to provide a proactive income collection and arrears management service to ensure performance targets are achieved.
You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service to both inbound and outbound customer contacts whilst encouraging payment on time. A part of the role will involve supporting local income team to achieve income collection targets.
To succeed in the role you will need to have the ability to record data in a methodical and accurate manner. You will have excellent communication skills to tackle difficult issues, be able to work effectively as part of a team with the ability to work without close supervision
