Chief Executive Officer for Cumbrae Community Development Company - Salary GBP30,000 - 35 Hours Per Week

You have practical experience of leading a not-for-profit, working closely with a board to drive innovation and income. You have a track record of securing funding in order to create long-term sustainability.
You have a strong sense of how important it is for businesses and facilities to thrive in small communities.
You're a people person, and you understand that building enduring and effective relationships is at the heart of every great leadership.
You want to support employee development, create a strong marketing strategy and take responsibility for financial management and strategic direction.
You can rise easily to challenges and objections; you have that all-important "can do" attitude found in all effective CEOs. You want to drive the community forward, to meet both short- and long-term goals.
You'll be a champion of inclusion and equality, knowing that a diverse team is a productive one.
