Fundraiser

A superb opportunity to become part of a hardworking and friendly team as a Fundraiser has recently become available.

Based in Crowborough, you will be supplied with warm leads from a well-developed database, requiring NO cold calling! Instead, successful applicants will utilise their exceptional communication skills to convert and upgrade existing clients.

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Phoning contacts from given databases
• Reinstating donors/subscribers who have lapsed or not renewed
• Creating new donors by generating a phone-based pipeline of new donor opportunities
• Making acquisition calls driven my marketing campaigns
• Converting new interest in magazine subscriptions
• Following business call guides
• Accurately and securely adding, updating and maintaining financial and other personal details onto a database
• Ensure that all donors and potential donors are spoken to politely and professionally, providing them with accurate information
• Optimising all leads with Gift Aid

Ideally, candidates will be experienced within this field, although full training will be provided. What is required, is an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude and a strong work ethic.
