We are seeking to talk to a career driven dynamic people focused New Store Openings Manager to head up a team overseeing the developmemt of new restaurants and delivering a fully trained and engaged team that will make each new location a success for this expanding brand with an eye for qualiity and style.
This role will see you becoming a key player in the continued growth of a people focused brand and in a 'Head Of ' function
Snapshot of day to day in the role....
Organising all new store opening tasks and associated admin and procedures are adhered to
Co-ordinating your teams and ensuring all comes together with contractors, fit out teams and delivery of training
Overseeing your new store opening teams and monitoring performance and time lines
Overseeing H&S and correct HR procedures
Providing advice and guidance to franchise operators
Supporting and evaluating recruitment needs for the stores
Managing hand over process through to day one opening
About you...
You will have extensive operational experience in new openings and all that is involved in getting the people, menu and unit open on time and ready to wow the new guests coming through your doors
A strong hospitality / restaurant / multi site management background and proven track record in managing multiple new openings and NSO teams
A passion for delivering excellence and managing /motivating your teams to do the same
An eye on the deadline and able to ensure everyone delivers to expectation to launch a successful new unit
Liaising with new franchisees to enable a great brand journey and transition through to supporting their investment in the brand to success
Able to co-ordinate and pull together the store fit out teams and ensure the new people and investors joining the business are given an on brand positive experience going forward
Undertanding of and able to report key financials and store perfomance
Able to work, stay away and travel UK wide where needed on a 50/50 split between being at head office and being out managing new stores openings
