Business Development Specialist

Continued growth in market share has led to the need for more Business Development Specialists, dedicated sales people tasked with furthering their market penetration.

This is a role for a consultant or manager who enjoys generating business and building relationships with clients before handing over the minutiae of the day to day recruitment process to a specialist servicing team. The successful candidate will have a solid track record in business development and the finance or I.T sector.

You will possess the tenacity, attention to detail and drive required of such a business critical post. Able to manage upwards as well as down, you will need to understand the value of strong business relationships when challenges occur. In return for your business wins you will receive a market leading salary of GBP35k Basic, plus good commission of any revenue generated.
