Customer Insight Data Officer - Slough

Pay: GBP500 a day

Hours: 37 hour week

Duration: 5 month+

Sector: Public

Scope: Outside IR-35

Job role:

• Working with the organisation to ascertain the current level of data available, current use, consent and where data is stored and mapping this clearly to identify duplication / Gaps and value / quality of information held.

• Identification of gaps, synergies with other services / organisations and provide appropriate options of how to gather this data then action the agreed way forward, negotiating with services as appropriate.

• Initial development of customer data sets / customer segmentation based on the information we hold and overlaying this with Acorn data provided by CACI available to us.

• Gathering and mapping data to enable a detailed analysis which will provide a deeper understanding about the services each customer segment consumes, their preferred means for accessing these services and what drives satisfaction from them identifying gaps and recommending options to get this information.

• Starting to build a way to collect soft and hard insight, map it by ward and Document information on channel preference and location / addresses of those customer segments that use face to face services - which will help us to inform our locality offer , channel shift strategy and inform future service / business strategy.


* Public Sector experience will be desirable.
