The Icebreak Team offers support to young adults aged between 16 and 25 years who are experiencing severe emotional distress with emerging signs of personality disorder.
Working closely with a team of care co-ordinators, the successful candidate will support and enhance the psychological care of Icebreak service users.
With knowledge of the needs and difficulties of young people with mental health problems, and experience of working with people who are affected by poor mental health. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent with high-level communication skills and have an understanding of psychology applied to health care within a holistic youth setting.
