Internal Recruiter (6 Month FTC)

Our client, a leading global company based just South of Cambridge, is currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter for a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for recruiting the best talent in the market alongside developing outstanding relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key duties include:

• Tracking and recording temporary hires and processing extensions where relevant
• Managing an applicant tracking system including setting up a new job and following the process through from candidates through to hires
• Setting up new starters
• Sourcing and CV searching

The desired candidate will:

• Be computer literate with experience with recruiting software and social media
• Have experience as a talent scout, in talent acquisition, with experience of recruiting highly technical candidates
• Be customer focused and be willing to work in a fast and fun environment!
