Part-Time Sales Advisor
Our client is a large national house builder, trading in the UK for over 70 years and they are now looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team in Swindon.
Due to their continued growth and success in the South West of England an opportunity now exists for a Sales Advisor on a part time or full-time basis for our client's Swindon site working 2 - 5 days a week.
Several new sites are based in the region creating multiple vacancies for Sales Advisors in Swindon and the surrounding areas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Qualify sales reservations and meet sales KPIs
- To progress and manage reservations through in-house CRM system
- Site, showhome and stock plot presentations
- Liaise with purchaser, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis
- Liaise with customers over the phone and face to face to close sales of plots.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a new home sales
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work weekends.
What you get back
- GBP20,000 - GBP24,000 pro-rata
- O.T.E of GBP50,000 with an uncapped commission
