We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our client based in Suffolk. You will be supporting the HR team and ensure their systems are updated and managed accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the HR Manager ensuring all compliance is maintained and completing various projects.
- Dealing with a range of HR issues and queries in a professional manner.
- Completing pre-employment and background checks for new starters.
- Assist with day-to-day HR admin tasks and be the first point of contact.
- Complete HR reports when required.
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build working relationships.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience of working in a HR environment.
- Good knowledge of IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and HR systems.
- Up to date knowledge of best HR practice.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent (or part way through) is essential.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a generalist HR environment, including employee relations.
