Job Description
Our ambitious Bedfordshire client is looking for a talented and ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join their successful team and become an integral part of their future. The ideal candidate will need to be an enthusiastic and driven individual who is ready to commit their time to learn and develop as an all-rounded Building Surveyor and work alongside a successful Surveying team. The individual who would stand out the most will be someone who is proactive and has a burning ambition to learn and take on a variety of duties within new sectors and come out of their comfort zone.
The role of Graduate Building Surveyor
Main Duties include:
* Working alongside a Chartered Surveyor offering a supporting role
* Inspecting sites
* Advising on party wall matters
* Undertaking housing surveys
* Liaising with clients to understand project expectations
Experience
* RICS accredited degree or equivalent qualification
* At least 1 years' experience either in Surveying
* Driven and committed individual
* Ambitious in working towards APC
