You may have experience in a role like this, maybe not exactly planning, it could be insight or market intelligence or even account handling. Whichever it is, you're used to working with qualitative and quantitative data; interpreting it, identifying trends and starting to draw insights. You know how to present it in an easy to digest format, using reports and presentations, to communicate what's important.

The bit we really care about though isn't all about what you've done before; it's what you have the capability and hunger to do. You'll be keen to develop your knowledge and push the boundaries of your job description, learn new techniques to add to your existing repertoire. You have a hunger for knowledge, an excitement when you find a key insight and above all, an understanding and desire to further understand all types of people. To think like them, behave like them and turn this understanding into marketing gold dust.

You’ll need to be passionate about launches, as well as advertising and communication, because you'll be contributing to our future. Keeping track of new developments and educating and developing understanding of the planning function amongst the client service and creative teams.
