We are looking for Sales Consultants looking to join a well-established, fast growing company specialising in niche technical recruitment, based in city centre Edinburgh.
It is likely you won't know what's involved in the day-to-day job of a Sales Consultant working in the IT Recruitment industry, so we have an information pack available.
To whet your appetite, you can expect to be involved in:
*Building relationships with some of the country's most exciting companies and advising them on their recruitment strategy.
*Sourcing candidates through adverts and many other means, and matching them to you client's needs
*Arranging interviews, whilst advising both parties throughout the whole recruitment process
*Attending meet-ups and conferences on some of the most exciting tech developments
*Negotiating commercial agreements
*Offering candidates their dream job - a rewarding aspect of working as a recruiter!
All we look for in our new Consultants is enthusiasm, a will to succeed and a demonstrable ability to learn quickly and think on your feet. Ideally, you will have a background in sales, and want to apply this experience to the lucrative IT Recruitment marketplace. We only hire trainees, as we have an excellent training and development programme in place, resulting in internal promotion of our successful staff.
