Business Administration Manager

The National Association of Child Contact centres is a National Charity whose mission is to ensure that children are able to maintain safe and loving relationships with people they no longer live with. We are looking for an experienced person with a degree level qualification (or Equivalent) and Experience leading / managing an office environment.

Reporting to the CEO this post will work in partnership with the Service Development Manager and any other relevant staff to manage and develop effective and consistent support process that enables the delivery of services to members, government departments and other relevant external agencies and partners

The focus of the role will be to ensure a professional front line customer service to service users, and to keep Head Office running effectively and efficiently.

We are looking for a strategic, pro-active team player experienced in project/staff management, who is creative with a "can do" attitude. The role consists of managing a small team of administrators whilst working alongside the CEO as a PA. Excellent computer skills are needed as well as a candidate willing to travel with the CEO to meetings that might be away from the office.

Salary £26,999 - £28,785 working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
