Joining them as a Quality Assurance Officer, you will assist with the delivery of Skills Support for the Workforce across the Greater Lincolnshire LEP region by Quality Assuring all aspects of direct and partnership delivery of European Social Funded training.

Supporting the ESF contract management team by evaluating and monitoring the learner journey, you will audit records and provide quality improvement training to operational teams across the region.  This role demands a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication and networking skills and a high attention to detail.

With recent and relevant experience of working in a similar role and a background in Quality Improvement Activities and Processes, such as observations of teaching and learning, auditing documentation and gathering learner feedback. You will have an understanding of government funded training programmes and be capable of implementing Quality Improvement strategies.
