We are looking for Graduate Analysts who will support the senior members of the Investment, CRM, Risk and Operations team in the management of Border to Coast’s most strategically important institutional accounts, rotating between various departments.

In the role you will rotate around various departments - investment team, research, customer relationship management, operations and risk. With each rotation, you will gradually build on your skills and experience to deliver gradually more value-add work and projects.

Building and using financial models, you will work with both internal and external resources to generate sustainable investment opportunities. Assisting with various administrative duties and gaining an understanding of the relevant department and its portfolios of work, you will support the development of long-term trusted customer relationships and communicating with the investors in our funds.

Applications are encouraged from ALL degree backgrounds accompanied by a strong academic background.  Successful candidates will be numerate, intellectually curious and possess the ability and creativity to collect and analyse a range of information to aid better decision making across the organisation.  Strong IT and presentational skills are also required.

The starting salary range is between 21-25k. A key aim of the training is to develop people to be ready for moves into more senior roles, with the appropriate salary.
