Do you love being organised? Looking to start a career within business administration? A fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual has arisen with Bromford. The successful individual will need to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. The apprentice will work within the Property Investment Team.
The Role:
* Be a valued member of an open, creative and forward-thinking team
* To answer/deal with queries, both face to face and via the telephone, take messages and pass them on to the relevant members of staff in an appropriate and timely manner
* Prepare invoices and purchase orders, including obtaining authorisation as required
* Contact customers to arrange appointments, discuss satisfaction feedback or obtain information
* Attend and help prepare for pre-contract and onsite meetings with contractors
* Assist Surveyors and Housing Officer with compiling weekly works reports
* Book rooms for and assist in coordinating the delivery of customer consultations
* Assist with updating and maintain our assets information system- with data relating to compliance, for example- asbestos surveys and gas certificates
* Raise job numbers and issue to relevant teams
* Compile meeting minutes and issue actions to the relevant individuals

Desired qualifications
Minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent), A*-C/9-4 grades to include maths & English. Equivalent qualifications and prior experience will be considered.
Bromford will also consider applicants who are willing to develop these through additional training to include Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship programme.
