We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Leader to join our team in Northfleet where you will lead the production team and support the site business plan.

Within the role you will manage the production operation to produce quality products, ensuring compliance with safety rules and legislations and training staff on plant and machinery. Supervising the production team and ensuring site inductions and workwear are deployed, you will report any production issues to the management team, control all activities in accordance with the production plan and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) targets are achieved.

We are looking for someone who has proven production leadership skills practical knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma methodologies. Educated to degree level and/or a proven track record from supply industry (preferably at Supervisory level or above), you will be IOSH certified, excellent communication and have experience of working within a highly focused Production environment.
