Estimator

Due to company growth we are looking for an estimator to join our technical team assessing quotation specifications and formulate the most cost effective solutions. The successful candidate will establish and develop working relationships with clients, architects and contractors. Review and prepare tender documents and present prepared estimates. Responsible of estimating the total project cost , including design, procurement, manufacture and delivery. Liaise with the external sales team to ensure leads and enquiries are managed in an efficient and professional manner. Strive to retain existing clients developing a long term working relationship.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and experience of liaising with architects and main contractors. You will have good commercial awareness , excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.

This role would ideally suit someone that has knowledge in the building/construction sector, beneficial if the candidate has any roofing, cladding, facade or rainscreen experience.
