Yelverton is a Premier Golf Club in the South West of England and is almost 120 years old. We have a large base of members who use the club’s facilities as well as serving outside functions for the local community which includes wakes, private birthday parties, cream teas, Christmas lunches as an example. The club is modernising in many ways from the infrastructure, menu’s to philosophy of what it is trying to achieve to provide great service and value to those who use the facilities.    

We are looking for talented, well presented and courteous individual to join our front of house team (bar and waiting on). It is a full-time position for the summer 3 months with the possibility to stay on permanently for the right candidate. The shifts are mainly days with early evening finishes, this would include either a Saturday of Sunday. Lunch is provided along with free parking.

Your work colleagues are a friendly bunch and whilst we can’t guarantee you will make friends; we reckon it is pretty likely.

The rate of pay is starting at £8.50 to a new starter and if successful after initial period in excess of £9.00 per hour. Training on the equipment and procedures will be given on the job.
