Are you outgoing, organised and understanding? Great! We’re looking for people with great customer service skills to join our friendly and fast-paced team in Leek.
What you’ll do
Mortgages are stressful – and sometimes confusing. As a Collections Agent, you’ll be able to help people understand what’s happening as they face, or are currently in, financial difficulty. You’ll take inbound and make outbound calls for customers in mortgage arrears and give them options to go forward. Make no mistake, some calls can be tough, this is an emotional subject, so you’ll need to be resilient and professional at all times.
What you need to succeed
What we really want to see are your customer service skills. Wherever you’ve learnt them – whether it’s in retail, hospitality or in a call centre – you’ll be a great listener, and a naturally empathetic, genuine and caring person who wants to help others, especially in times of difficulty. You’ll be capable and confident picking up our specialist call systems – but don’t worry, we’ll give you all the training and time you need to get to grips with it.
