We have an opportunity for a tech-savvy IT professional to become a key member of our innovate DevOps team and help ensure our systems continue to meet our clients’ needs. Working alongside a multi-disciplined team, you will demonstrate your coding skills by investigating and identifying issues and bugs; and writing, developing and maintaining systems. In this hybrid role, you will also provide technical support to both internal and external stakeholders, resolving problems and liaising with other members of the team to ensure minimal disruption to the live system.

You’ll be a confident communicator, as you will liaise with our portfolio of clients both over the telephone and via email. You’ll be able to adjust quickly to changes in priorities and help resolve complex problems. With knowledge and / or experience in development, you will have an understanding of any two of the following:

• C#
• VB.Net
• MVC
• Javascript
• jQuery
• SQL

We’re looking for an analytical individual who embraces technology and how it evolves. A team player, you will also enjoy working autonomously on projects and daily tasks with minimal supervision. Although we work to SLA’s, we encourage our team to identify and develop processes and systems that will benefit the company and our clients.
