Aim
Origin are looking to employ a new customer service person to work alongside the office-based team. They will be responsible for outbound telesales and offering unparalleled customer support. The successful candidate will have impeccable customer service skills and attention to detail, a positive and energetic personality and the ability to work well within a small team. A love of coffee and desire to learn more about the speciality coffee industry is essential.

Role outline & experience required
The role:
- Daily outbound sales calls to existing customers, taking and processing orders and generating invoices
- Telesales account management for existing customers to maintain customer retention levels, managing expectations and building relationships
- Liaising with the warehouse team and couriers to ensure orders are picked and processed correctly for next day delivery
- Inbound calls and order processing
- Online webshop order processing and customer queries
- General phone support for office
- To support front of house reception area, welcoming walk-in customers and dealing with their enquiries
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience working in telesales in an office environment
- Proven experience working as an administrator in an office environment
- Proven experience working in a customer service role
- Diligent and professional approach
- Energetic and approachable with a positive and solution-focussed attitude
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for great coffee and desire to learn more about it
Desirable requirements:
- Experience working within speciality coffee; Coffee brewing experience
