Salary: £18,000 + Depending on experience
Type: Full-Time, 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)

This rare opportunity has arisen in one of the leading mail order and retail musical instrument and sheet music companies. Working in a team of 10, full on the job training will be given and employees will be given the opportunity to develop their computer skills, grow in confidence and expand their knowledge of musical instruments.
Today our company has around 40 staff mainly based in our office in Weyhill Haslemere. The offices are well equipped, a great work atmosphere and with a barista style coffee machine the day can be enjoyed with a great cup of coffee!
The role for the Customer Service Administrator:
Due to and exciting period of growth we are currently in need of a Customer Service Administrator. Our team of Customer Service Administrators are the first port of call for our extensive list of customers and the job is a brilliant mixture of customer service and support, order processing and data management and above all we are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and polite people to join our team.
Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator:
To process orders from a variety of sources
To administer our busy eBay and Amazon sales accounts
To assist in our web data management
To respond to emails and telephone calls
The successful Customer Service Administrator must have:
Good written English
Basic computer skills
A polite and helpful manner
An interest in Music would be useful but not essential
