As their Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Purchase/Sales Ledger Supervisor in the processing of purchase and sales ledger transactions, to include timely payment of supplier invoices and chasing payment of overdue accounts in line with Group procedures.

You will also support the business with its use of the in house purchase ordering system, as well as providing general support to all Finance staff and colleagues across the group.  

Their ideal candidate will have previous experience using OpenAccounts financial system or similar, with the ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise. You will also have strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

It is desirable to have good IT abilities and an excellent working knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables, lookups).
