Retail Co-ordinator - 37.5 hours per week

Woodlands Payscale points 14-16

Salary £18,376 to £19,872 per annum

(Depending on experience)

Due to expansion of our Trading Company we are looking to recruit a new Retail Co-ordinator who will manage our growing portfolio of charity shops (currently 5) and ensure achievement of financial targets, availability and rotation of stock, standards of premises and high standards of customer service.

The successful candidate must have

• A proven track record of achieving income targets within a retail environment
• Demonstrate people management skills - the management of volunteers being a distinct advantage
