Redfin Recruitment are working in partnership with Christian Jobs Ltd and Wycombe Homeless Connection in the recruitment of this position**
WHC is a registered charity that serves those who are homeless or at risk of being homeless, as well as those who have recently moved into accommodation. In partnership with other agencies, we provide help and support services throughout the year to help people stay housed and to re-build
their lives. We also provide a volunteer-run shelter during the winter months hosted in seven church premises.
The successful candidate will support the charity's mission by leading its marketing and fundraising efforts through the following predominant responsibilities:
* Contribute to the charity's strategy as part of the management team
* Form and lead the charity's marketing activities
* Lead the charity's marketing and fundraising employees and volunteers
* Reflect the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ in the way duties are carried out
The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator, familiar with relevant technologies and confident handling financial and other data. He or she will be collaborative, energetic and self-starting. At least three years' experience are required in a similar role, ideally in the voluntary sector, with experience in a supervisory role.
The ability to travel around the High Wycombe area, sometimes in the evening, is essential.

Starting salary: negotiable depending on experience
Office-based: 37.5 hours per week including occasional evening and weekend working (potential for this post to be a part time role if required by the right candidate)
