The main role of the Stock/ Maintenance Surveyor will be:
* Liaise with tenants to deliver high quality services and work
* Undertake technical inspections and Stock Condition Surveys
* Update and maintain data on internal reporting systems
* Assist managers with development of budgets in preparation for programme of works
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a surveying capacity within Social Housing, a Housing Association, Affordable housing, Property, or similar
* Knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
* Relevant construction/ surveying/ maintenance qualification at HNC or above
* Experience undertaking surveys on single properties and blocks
* Ability to plan and prioritise
* Car owner with valid licence
