The main role of the Property Compliance Manager will be:

* Take responsibility for the coordination and implementation of compliance programmes for their properties

* Deliver high quality, customer focussed H&S services

* Identify, monitor and overcome any issues impacting compliance

* Keep correct and accurate documentation and reporting for both new and existing progammes

* Develop and manage budgets

Requirements

* Knowledge of property legislation, compliance and relevant regulations

* Knowledge of a number of the following: gas, electrical, fire, legionella management, asbestos

* Experience of managing contractors

* Health & Safety qualification/ IOSH is desirable
