As VIP Aviation Meet & Greet Coordinator you will provide the highest level of VIP customer service to passengers, crews and guests at all times. To work in the CSR Department, delivering all associated services; ensuring all services are provided to our customers in a safe and professional manner. On time performance and safety is the team's number one priority.

Main Responsibilities:
+ Maintain control of the car park and FOH area; effectively communicating with the access gate and CSR team with who is arriving into our 5-star FBO
+ Directing screening and non-screening customers to the correct process
+ Walking Customers/visitors to and from their vehicles and offer to assist with their luggage. It is essential to create a positive first and last impression
+ Welcoming and Opening doors on the arrival/departure of passengers and visitors.
+ On the arrival of crews, inform reception of the tail registration number of the aircraft the crew are travelling on
+ Provide the highest level of VIP customer service to passengers, crews and guests at all times
+ Ensure a world class service is being offered by offering help and assistance to Customers /Visitors
+ Get to know our regular customers and their needs
+ Maintain a high regard for safety at the front entrance. Be alert and keep an eye out for suspicious activity outside the entrance of the building
+ Keeping the entrance and car park free of litter and weeds
+ Ensure car parking is carried out promptly and efficiently, collecting revenue where appropriate
+ Submitting Near Miss & Hazard reports
+ Reporting any incidents and providing reports as required
+ To ensure excellent Health and Safety performance is attained at all times according to internal policy to achieve Zero incidents and accidents
+ Work positively and support Health and Safety department in creating a positive safety culture

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
+ Must have a checkable five-year employment history
+ Full and clean driving licence
+ The ability to work under pressure in an extremely busy operational environment
+ Exceptional organisation skills
+ Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
+ Ability to use own initiative and to problem solve
+ Good attention to detail
+ Be polite and professional at all times
+ Ability to work both office based and out on the ramp
+ Flexibility in working hours
+ Additional languages would be an advantage.
