Marks Sattin are currently working with global business based in Reading who are expanding their currently team and are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk on an initial 6 month contract basis. The offices are located within a 10 minute walk from the train station but also offer free parking on site.
The working hours are Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 17:30, however, can provide flexy time.
The duties include:
- Processing invoices.
- Scanning, coding & matching.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Assisting with Month-End.
- Dealing with ad hoc duties as well as payment querries.
The roles would suit someone who is an AAT Studier or who has a minimum of 12 month Accounts Payable experience.
