Role Title Product Manager

Purpose
- Support new Asia related product development and the ongoing management of the fund range
- Support the development and execution of the Asia product strategy for the evolution of the M&G fund range in line with Asia business strategy/goals and keeping the investor at the heart of the process
Key Responsibilities
- Product development; support development of the product set to ensure it is aligned with the business vision and related strategy of the M&G Asia business. Develop ideas from idea and concept stage to completion of feasibility and project proposal/business sign off.
- Product management; support ongoing, proactive management of existing product set to ensure it remains fully fit for purpose in terms of customers' expectations, pricing, profitability and the prevailing regulatory landscape.
- Work with a variety of investment teams and Distribution to help set the agenda for Asia product strategy ensuring that this fits with the M&G business plan
- Help provoke pipeline of product ideas
- Draft product proposals for approval to proceed by various committees and boards ensuring that all initiatives follow the Product Development and Management Process

Qualifications
Strong academic background, including degree
May hold IMC, CFA or other relevant qualification
Knowledge & Experience
Must have knowledge and experience of:
- Product Development
- Asia product/distribution/regulatory/financial services
- Luxembourg UCITS
