Prestige Recruitment are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer to work supporting our commercial business team. We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual who has resourcing and administration experience and is looking to pursue a career in recruitment. The aim of the role is to support the commercial team in managing and placing candidates into client's roles. We are a creative, forward-thinking and ambitious recruitment agency and want to hire a like-minded individual who can bring new ideas and innovation into our business.

You will be responsible for:
• Providing a high-quality customer services experience.
• Answering the telephone when necessary
• Assisting the commercial team with general administration
• Identifying skills to match appropriately with vacancies
• Dealing with general enquires relating to contracts, pay, logistics, etc.
• Sourcing, attracting and interviewing applicants.

You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
If you are bright, ambitious, hard-working and genuinely interested in providing a high-quality service to clients and candidates then you will fit right in this friendly team that are striving for the same.
Previous experience within a recruitment environment is essential as is desired but not essential.
