We are looking for an efficient manufacturing operative to work in our Production Engineering Department to replace a member of the team who has retired.
The role is primarily assisting in the machining of light mechanical and microphone components. Although not a prerequisite, experience of brazing, tapping and drilling would be advantageous, although training will be given as required. Duties will vary and be assigned on a daily basis. This will require that the applicant is self-motivated, accurate, an effective communicator and able to work to deadlines.
The position is full time (38.5 hours per week), with weekly working pattern Mondays to Thursday full days and Fridays until 12.30pm. A 3 month trial period will determine suitability for the role.
