FULL TIME:                      30 - 37 Hours

SALARY:                           £27,500 pro rata

LOCATION:                      To be based in our Head Office in Llantrisant working across South East or West Wales

We are looking to recruit a confident, experienced individual to add to our dynamic Engage to Change team. You will help lead the provision of high quality, cost effective services to people with Learning Disabilities, Learning Difficulties and/or Autism.

Our Engage to Change programme provides supportive, high quality and focused services to young people aged between 16 -25, helping them achieve their full potential by gaining experience in the workplace and developing transferable skills. You will provide day to day leadership to a team of staff and help foster effective operational relationships with network agencies and funders.

To be successful in this role you will have an excellent understanding of Supported Employment and experience in managing a team of staff in dispersed areas. You will have experience monitoring progress and quality of work and developing performance to achieve a high-quality service.

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage, motivate and listen to others effectively. You will be someone who can demonstrate flexibility and confidence who succeeds in meeting targets and exceeding them.

You will possess the following skills; working under pressure, meeting deadlines, problem solving and excellent customer service. You will be versatile, focused and organised and have the ability to build a rapport with a diverse range of people to maximise their life opportunities.

•              Highly organised

•              Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative

•              Able to provide day-to-day management and leadership

•              Oversee the development and maintenance of strategic relationships

•              Willing to help drive performance and provision of target outcomes

•              Maintain accurate performance statistics and contribute to the provision of information to funders

•              Ensure the maintenance of all contract quality and compliance systems

Hours of Work:  30 -37 hours per week.  Some flexible working may be required.
