Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting a market leading business with the recruitment of a Warehouse Supervisor for their fast paced operation based in Greater Manchester. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern on either days OR nights.
Key Responsibilities
* Effective management of team of operatives across shift patterns; ensuring KPI's are met and exceeded
* Promote positive culture of health & safety
* Deputise for the Shift Manager in their absence when required
* Daily reporting of KPI's across the shift
* Effective handovers across shifts
Skills & Experience
* Experience managing large teams of operatives
* Experience within fast paced operations
* Experience within a FMCG operation would be ideal
* Contribute towards Health & Safety management
* KPI management
* Strong ability to collate reports and data beneficial
* Retail/e-commerce experience previously would be ideal
