We are seeking a talented HR Advisor for a great opportunity in SE1. You will be reporting to the HR Manager and your role will entail taking the lead for all day to day HR activites and employee lifecycle projects which include Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll and ER across all locations. You will ideally be part CIPD qualified to fufil this role.
Role Responsibilities:
* Recruitment reporting, ensure all practices are in line with the clients values
* Ensuring all Recruitment is being reviewed and needs are met
* Support and attend meetings for employee relations
* Support and respond to employee queries
* Work with Senior Managers to support local office plans
* Support the HR Manager to deliver internal/ external training
* Coordinate training requests and ensure they have been met
* Understand payroll and support when required, liasing with the HR Coordinator
* Deliver on all HR projects, ensuring delivery and expectations are met with stakeholders
* Support on Talent Review and Employee Engagement
* Review Exit Interviews, Policy reviews, Audit support, salary reviews, arrange awards and maintain at all times
* Connect and update to manage GR section and all internal communications
* Act as a face of HR visiting studios to support staff and report back to the company
* Travel once or twice a month to studios
Personal Specification:
* Experience within a similar role delivering all HR Operational activities including ownership of recruitment, onboarding etc.
* Analytical and numerically aware with a strong attention to detail
* Strong work ethic
* Excel and InDesign skills would be a bonus
* Willing to travel to other locations
* Confident to influence skills to work with employees at all levels
* Knowledge of best practice
* Implementor
* CIPD part qualified
