Assistant Psychologist (part time 0.6)

We are seeking to appoint a pro-active and creative assistant psychologist to work in our expanding and forward-thinking team. The main purpose of the role is to work in specified schools on a day-to-day basis, directly with children and school staff, under the overall guidance and supervision of an educational psychologist and the school SENCO.

Main duties will involve:

• planning, preparing and delivering individual and group interventions, working with children and young people;
• assisting in the preparation and delivery of training;
• planning project work or development work in schools and other educational settings;
• assisting in research and evaluation work commissioned from the Company. This will involve assisting in the development of the evaluation methods and data collection, and contributing to summary reports.
