Additional Learning Support Manager

£29,010 - £30,730 pro rata (actual salary £26,299 - £27,858 per annum)

37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year

This position will suit an existing manager or team leader who is looking to broaden their experience within an Outstanding College. You will be leading a passionate, knowledgeable and committed team and play a key part in ensuring that students with additional support needs have every opportunity to thrive and achieve.  You will have at least 5 years’ experience of working with learners with learning difficulties/disabilities and have a robust understanding of the support needs of learners with LDD. You will have a Level 3 qualification or higher in a learning difficulties/disabilities related qualification along with a management or supervision qualification.  Level 7 Diploma or SENCO qualification desirable.
