Medical Device - Project Manager
Location - Hampshire
Our client is a Hampshire based Medical Device company specialising in biometric devices for the monitoring of patient health. Due to continued development they are now looking to grow their team and have an opening for an experienced Project Manager. This position could be either a 6 month fixed term contract or a permanent position dependent on suitability.
The role:
Supporting the lead Project Manager you will be responsible for executing, managing and monitoring project parameters for device development. This will encompass initial planning all the way to product launch, including scheduling, budgeting and meeting technical requirements with the aim of MHRA submission for clinical study.

Our client offers the opportunity with work with a developing and innovative medical device company on either a 6 month contract or permanent basis. The annual salary will be GBP40,000-GBP50,000 (dependent on experience) and pro-rated for a contract appointment.

- Management of project plans, schedules and deliverables
- Management of project team to achieve objectives
- Liaise and oversee vendor and subcontractor relationships
- Implementation of verification and validation plans
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and quality standards
Suitable applicants will have:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within the medical devices industry
- Good understanding of manufacturing of medical products
- Experience with ISO13485, ISO10993, FDA 21 CFR 820 and Medical Device Directive
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) in a Biomedical/Bioengineering discipline
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
