Construction Cleaning Supervisor, Barnsley
Due to an increase in the current work load, my client is currently looking to recruit for a Construction Cleaning Supervisor. Although based in Barnsley, the role will cover an area from North Yorkshire down to Derbyshire.
The role is full time, 40 hours, however there is the possibility of a job share of 20 hours each and hours of work will be Monday - Friday with possible Saturday working.
The role
You will be responsible for overseeing cleaning teams who are working on new build properties before they are handed over for sale. The role will involve liaising with Site Managers and Sales staff and both dealing and resolving any problems and issues which may arise.
Person specification
We are looking for someone who is well presented, polite and courteous alongside being both punctual and reliable. You must be conscientious with an eye for detail and be punctual and reliable.
Previous New Build cleaning experience is a must alongside a full Drivers Licence and a CSCS card. Salary is dependant on experience.
