Job Brief
* Attend logistics briefings to obtain what sub contract briefings are required
* Agree fees and book subcontract labour
* Maintain strong working relationship, ensuring key information is being communicated
* Maintenance subcontract database with relevant information and documentation
* Manage sub contract documentation including agreements and insurance certs
* Source my sub contract partnership
* Internal people management, including recruitment, attendance, holiday and training and development
* Onsite and in house health and safety management (can be trained)

Background Required
* Operations manager or people focused management role
* Experienced of working with sub contractors
* Background of logistics management
* Project management experience
* Health and safety experience
* Experience of HR and personnel tasks
