Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a meticulous and enthusiastic Administrator to join an ambitious owner-run luxury tour operator based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. Lusso works closely with the UK’s best travel agents to design bespoke holidays and itineraries to some of the world’s pre-eminent destinations.

The successful candidate will work within a highly successful, close-knit and ambitious team of industry professionals based at their modern offices in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.

1 X Full Time Position available (Job share considered)

Hours:  37½ hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Holiday Allowance:  20 days paid holiday p.a. plus public holidays (full time) 

Basic Salary:  Dependent upon experience

Duties to include but not restricted to:

  1. Quality checking all booking elements prior to itinerary write
  2. Writing of travel itineraries
  3. Checking of travel itineraries
  4. Preparing travel itineraries for dispatch
  5. Maintaining accurate destination, hotel and airline records
  6. Collating and sending the daily post
  7. Ensuring that travel itinerary stock is maintained at requisite levels
  8. Responding to brochure requests and assisting with annual dispatch
  9. Writing and checking of Familiarisation trip itineraries
  10. Booking transfers and reconfirming details to hotels/ground handlers
  11. Confirmation/Cancellation Invoice check and send
  12. Concierge
  13. Request/Check Pro-forma Invoices

Essential Skills required include:

  1. Proven experience of working and confidence with a computer in previous role(s)
  2. Proficient working with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
  3. Excellent attention to detail with proven accuracy in previous role(s)
  4. Organised with good time management and ability to prioritise
  5. Ability to think analytically and with initiative
  6. Ability to work under pressure
  7. Comfortable working in a close-knit team

Experience:

  1. Experience in a similar role within the leisure or travel industry essential
